This page tells you the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products listed on our websites www.konoq.com and www.konoq.co.uk to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from our site. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You should print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.
IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU DO NOT SCHEDULE OR COMMENCE ANY INSTALLATION WORK UNTIL YOUR GOODS HAVE ARRIVED IN SATISFACTORY CONDITION.
1 – ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PROCESSING
Your order is accepted and a contract is formed between iSwitch Design Ltd and you when we dispatch the goods you have ordered and not before. iSwitch Design Ltd reserves the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order, or to require further or better information to enable it to evaluate and/or process the order.
2 –DESCRIPTION OF GOODS
All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. All specifications given to the Customer are approximate and intended as a guide only. We always endeavour to ensure all product descriptions are correct, but advise customers to seek technical advice from qualified sources prior to ordering products and any work to be carried out.
3- PAYMENT AND PRICE
We reserve the right to make adjustments to the price of goods stated on the website from time to time to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices or the imposition of any taxes or duties. The price of any products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. Despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. Where a product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you. If a product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
We ask that all goods be paid for on completion of order and that all funds are cleared prior to delivery. We accept most major credit and debit cards such as VISA, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO as well as PAYPAL On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and telephone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Please note we only accept Debit/Credit card payments from cards registered to an address within the UK.
The price of the goods does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as advised to you during the check-out process, before you confirm your order.
4 – AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. At the time of order, If the goods are not available in stock, we will contact you. You will be given a choice to wait until new stock comes or offered an alternative product(s) or given a full refund.
5 – PRICE PROMISE GUARANTEED
iSwitch Design Ltd always guarantees the lowest prices. As such, we promise to match the price of any of our competitors. If you find the same product at a lower price elsewhere, just let us know and we guarantee to match it.
Criteria for Price Match
- The product on our competitor's site must be identical or equivalent in design, quality, materials and structure to the one we sell
- The competitor’s product must be in stock and available for immediate delivery
- We are able to verify the availability and validity of the lower price on the competitor's website
- The total price includes any shipping charges
All prices from auction sites are excluded
6 – DELIVERY INFORMATION
We aim to deliver most products within 5 working days if possible; however some made to order items may take longer. Please note however that all delivery dates given are only and always provisional. Goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside of our control.
Our delivery days are Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays, unless it is agreed.
If goods are ordered over the weekend or on a bank holiday the order date is taken as the following working day for delivery purposes. If a delivery would normally fall due over the Christmas shut down period the delivery period may be extended to a later date.
We are only able to deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Our standard delivery charges for Mainland UK only. If you are ordering from following areas there will be additional charges. So please contact us to find out the exact cost of delivery before you commit to order.
HS1 - HS9, IV12 - IV14, IV35, IV40 - IV48, IV49, IV51, IV52, IV55 - IV56 , KW4, KW13, KW15 - KW17, PA20 - PA49, PA60 - PA78, PH42 - PH44, ZE (all), BT (all), IM (all), GY (all), JE (all).
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please provide a valid contact number, preferably a mobile number so you can be reached in case of any delivery issues.
If an order cannot be successfully completed due to the customer being unable to accept the goods, then a redelivery charge may be applicable. This cost would then be borne by the customer. Please make sure someone is available to accept the delivery on the date of delivery agreed,
Please note; any changes to your delivery address after your order has been processed for despatch may result in additional charges.
On arrival, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the product(s) for any sign of tears or damage before signing for it. If the product(s) is damaged please contact us immediately. If there is not enough time to check the product(s) or drivers in hurry please sign as “unchecked” and let us know if any of the product(s) is missing or damaged within 24 hours of receiving it. After a given period is passed iSwitch Design Ltd will not accept any claims.
Please do not install any goods that appear damaged. If you install the goods, you have deemed to have accepted them
7 – RETURN POLICY
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return any unused and uninstalled items, within 14 days from the date you received them. We're happy for you to unpack and inspect the items but unfortunately we won't be able to refund or exchange any items that have been used or installed. Returned items should be in resalable condition and packaged in their original packaging.
We make every effort to ensure your items are received free of damage and without fault. However on the rare occasion this is not the case, you can be confident you can return any damaged or faulty items free of charge for repair or, if necessary, replacement.
8 – WARRANTY POLICY
iSwitch Design warrants to the original purchaser that your Konoq-branded devices that are new (the "New Product(s)") shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. We agree to repair or replace which is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover the product where the fault is due to customer or any third party misuse, abuse, neglect, use in contravention of any oral or written instructions as to the storage, installation, commissioning, use or maintenance of the product, or where the product has been subject to unauthorised modifications or alterations.
9 –OUR LIABILITY
We warrant to you that any product purchased from us through our site is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied.
iSwitch Design Ltd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations which is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Save as expressly provided for in these terms and conditions, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability arising in connection with the Customer's order shall be limited to the price of the Goods. iSwitch Design Ltd shall not be liable to the Customer for any economic loss, loss of profit, loss of business, goodwill or otherwise and whether direct, indirect or consequential, or any claims for consequential compensation whatsoever. In the event that the Company provided faulty goods but the fault is not discovered until after installation of the Goods and could not have been discovered on examination on delivery the liability of the Company shall be limited to replacing such faulty goods free of charge. All conditions, warranties or other terms, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise, are hereby expressly excluded provided that nothing in this paragraph shall exclude or restrict any liability of the Company for death or personal injury resulting from negligence of the Company, or its servants/agents.
10 – LAW AND JURISDICTION
Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site will be governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11 – COPYRIGHT
All rights in the site design, text, graphics and other content, interfaces, and the selection and arrangements thereof belong to iSwitch Design Ltd.

We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 2018, certain Information we may collect from you like statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns etc. We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service. We use this information to improve our products and services, processing your order, for registration purposes if you open an account, Internal record keeping. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we work closely with online security providers
13 – COOKIES
